Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from Cleanse & Co are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Sendle directly via support@sendle.com. However, if you still require assistance please contact us via hello@cleanseandco.com.au.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@cleanseandco.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.
